Liquidation Channel, previously known as
the Jewelry Channel, is an American Home Shopping Channel and an online retailer of jewelry and accessories.
Liquidation Channel was looking for a partner with a variety of social tools that were flexible enough to seamlessly fit into their existing marketing plan. Their goal was to accelerate the rate of sharing to drive incremental revenue.
Liquidation Channel implemented social sharing & Activity Stream programs using Facebook Connected API. The solution drove traffic back to the Liquidation Channel’s main landing page or a particular product detail page.
The results of the first 90 days of the sharing & engagement programs exceeded Liquidation Channel's expectations. Social Annex’s advanced analytics helped Liquidation Channel identify their greatest influencers. Social Annex’s Share & Save programs converted potential customers 3x more frequently than the baseline conversion.
